Using the TEI Secure On-Line Registration System.
To attend an Institute course please complete the on-line registration process or call The Environmental Institute at (770)
427-3600. Your registration can be guaranteed only if payment has been received at least 5 days before the program begins. Course certificates are released when payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancell your registration, the Institute must be motified no less than 5 days before the
course starts in order to provide a refund. A substitute registrant is welcome at no additional cost. In the event that we must cancel the course, your registration fee will be refunded in full. However, we will not
accept responsibility for airline or other cancellation fees.
On-Line Registration Process: If you have more than one person to register you need to "continue shopping" for each person
you want to register. After you have selected each course you will be asked if you want to "check-out". You'll notice that you are not asked for your name or address on the actual shopping form. You will be asked
this information once you select "check-out" and you will also notice that you are in Secure Mode for your protection.
Your registration order will be sent to us for processing. You will also receive a receipt acknowledging your registration. However,
your registration is not complete until you receive notification from TEI.
Please make sure you have the following available before you start the registration process:
- A valid e-mail address. You won't receive a receipt if we don't have a valid e-mail address.
- Correct contact information including phone numbers and addresses.
- A valid credit card; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
