EPA and Georgia
have announced they require update / refresher courses at least every three years as part of their certification renewal requirements. OSHA requires a refresher course each year; North Carolina requires a course
every two years. This one-day course will provide additional coverage of:

- OSHA enforcement actions
- OSHA required written compliance plan
- Progress report on EPA regulations including training and accreditations
